Super outdated and missing basic functionality
Having a business account why would mobile depositing need to be a feature I have to call you to have turned on? Please enhance. It’s 2025.
Please create a balance widget
I am once again asking for you to create a simple widget to check the balance so I don’t even have to open the app. I will continue you to ask about this in every update.

Would be cool if you could actually use the app
I’d rather bury my money in my back yard. It would be easier to access that way.
If I click on deposit a check I can only deposit a check. If I want to then click on accounts or transfers or continue to use the app, I have to completely shut it down. Whatever you click on you can only click it that one time, and that’s the only thing you can click, and if you want to actually use the app you have to shut it down completely. Double tap and swipe, re login, just to click something else. God forbid you click the wrong thing then have to spend another minute shutting down the app and logging in just to click what you meant to. Every time I use this app I am reminded that I should withdraw everything and store my money under a rock in my backyard.

Would love a working widget
An actual functioning working widget to check balances would be amazing in the year 2024.
Issues
I would rather keep all of my money in quarters buried in by backyard than have to deal with this app any time I want to do something banking related. Constantly having to update and reinstall, and when I’m on the app itself buttons do not work and I am unable to do anything in less than 1:30. It takes over a minute from the time I select a button for an input to actually occur. Every time I have to put up with this app I want to withdraw every cent that I own and move to Slovenia.

Changes to App
Not happy with the changes made to the new app. Too many new steps and checkpoints!
App is horrible
No effort put into their apps. Locks you out constantly. Blocks you from monitoring your account.
