Don’t like the wait time to transfer funds
I do not like how I can’t transfer funds from Northside bank to my other banks instantly or with 24 hrs. They force me to make the transfer 5-10 days later. If I needed money transferred over before then I’m out of luck. Outside of driving to the bank and withdrawing the money myself and driving to the other bank that deposit it. It’s a hassle.

Banking if the future, here today!
I’ve been using the NSB&T app for a few years now and it always works perfectly! About four months ago we moved out of town about 1000 miles south.
We were worried about everything to do with the move, insurance, drivers license, voter registration etc. the only thing I wasn’t worried about was our banking! Direct deposit, lots of automatic bill payments, etc.
It’s been business as usual all the way! Even transfers of funds between accounts, remote wire payments and just about any thing else you can think of! All 100% spot on!
I wouldn’t change anything!

Employees are very tentative to my needs. Always respectful. Prancer(my dog) and I love going through the drive though, prancer gets a treat. Your tech. Support is wonderful as well.

I have been with Northside for 15 years. Always greeted in a super friendly manner at my Branch and they remember your name and family members. Never had a bad experience. 5 thumbs up!! Jan at West Chester is the best!!
