Sometimes member to member is difficult when it ask for password again and I’m already on app
New app doesn’t open
Keep downloading after deleting app because it said update needed. “New” app opens; says open update, has”working on opening updates”. Nothing happens. Been like this for weeks. I phone says error check back later….again 3weeks. Terrible service and the credit Union are all far from me

Auto Loan
I absolutely love that I can do everything and see everything right within the app! It’s very convenient and easy to navigate.
Lightning
Two different places of lightning in my home were not acceptable. I had to go outside.
