Needs some work
The app is great, but occasionally when I open it it won’t do anything but stay in the screen with the couple looking at their home. This is very frustrating when I need to take a quick look at my balance

Always a pleasure to see and talk with the people at NSCCU. Extremely helpful and informative and willing to help get what you need done.
Remote check deposit rarely works
I do enjoy having the app. Transfer of funds goes smoothly. But I cannot view my checks that have cleared any longer and depositing checks on the app rarely goes smoothly.
I love the app but..
It won’t let me do online transfers for the past few days and I really need to transfer money!
