I liked it better when it opened to the groupings rather than needing to select a favorite account. I miss seeing the groups when I select see all accounts. Otherwise, it works great.

Easy to navigate
A really easy app to use and configure!
We need to be able to resize it
I’ve used a lot of apps and this one seems rather primitive. More time needs to be taken to make it a more robust and user-friendly experience. The fact that the type is so small and that we have to run for our reader classes or a magnifying glass just to read the home screen seems like a non-starter for an app.

Issues on Mobile Device
The app is intuitive, which is very helpful. Unfortunately, the bill pay is very difficult to navigate on a mobile device. Additionally, you can’t see your total amount in your account, including anticipated payments that are pending. The old app allowed you to see that information.

Lots of recent improvements
Just signed in for the first time in a while and was able to add my mortgage from Rocket Mortgage in no time.

I’m blown away at how intuitive and easy to use this app is. It’s like the big bank apps, but without all the ads and clutter. Never expected something this good from a community bank.

Great app. Very easy to use. Makes all my banking chores simple.
Burdensome
If you have to reset your password, you have to receive a call with your two factor authentication code. You can’t receive a text message. It is not convenient in quiet locations to receive a phone call and have to audibly listen - possibly on speaker — while you look at your phone to type the code. Sometimes you have to listen twice if you don’t switch fast enough between the phone app and the bank app.
