The app moves freely and gets me straight to what I need for my upcoming vacation.
Norwegian Aqua
The buffet restaurant on Norwegian Aqua cruise is too small and crowded, with limited food choices. The menu is also almost the same every day, so we chose to dine at the Hudson’s Restaurant on Deck 7 instead. Their menu changes daily, and the food is quite good.
The day before, we saw a couple come out of the restaurant looking extremely angry and wondered what had happened. Today, we found out for ourselves. 😤
On Day 5, we ordered drinks, appetizers, main courses, and desserts from a female server all at once. One of our two drinks never arrived, but we let it go because the restaurant was busy.
After finishing our main course, we waited 30 minutes for our desserts, only to find out that the server had never placed the dessert order! She didn’t apologize and even asked whether we had ordered dessert.
The long wait also caused us to miss a show we had planned to see. It completely ruined our mood.
We always leave an extra tip on the table, even though the cruise already charges $20 per person per day in service fees. We understand that restaurants get busy, but this level of service was simply unacceptable.

I love NCL , during our trip to Alaska last year May 2025, we had so much fun, we love the food and the NCL crew’s are amazing too.

NCL not only has a great app, but it has a great cruise line and we’re currently on it and enjoying the aqua in Bermuda with fantastic restaurants spend the money for the Haven. It’s worth every penny Fred and Chris.

Broken - I understand that they are a smaller organization but they should invest in getting a couple of app programmers to make it work appropriately - how many times can I get "Something Went Wrong" during online check-in? Apparently forever times 😄
NCL get it together with your app
I love NCL, however the app sucks and has sucked for years. PLEASE NCL throw this one away and start over.

This app is nothing close to MSC app. NCL needs to learn from MSC and copy it.
Wifi
In your app you should have a section for texto on bord in all time during the cruise between all the residents.
Can only access onboard
You cannot access any features when you are not on the ship’s wifi. So, if you want to read about your excursion at all when you’re off the boat, you cannot see it. The app would be good, if you can access it the whole duration of your vacation, but you cannot. You can only access it on the actual cruise ship.

This app sucks. So many times I’ve had to use the web version. Why have an app if it doesn’t work?
The app is ok
The app could be better if you could do everything within the app. When you need to make a payment, you have to be redirected to the webpage and you have to sign in again. It would also be nice if you could search cruises from the app.

We have been cruising with Norwegian for a couple of years now . We don’t look any where else for our time on the water! All of the staff are very friendly and all do their Best to make things
