Terrible customer service no delivery no communication
Ordered a gift for a family member’s birthday as I am out of the country. Never was sent, a week later one sent countless emails and no reply. Either a bunch of scam thieves or terrible customer service. Couldn’t recommend less
App doesn’t work
Keep getting a notice saying “sorry something went wrong”.

I love the items I can find on NOTHS and even more so for the fact that they are quality products, which are often individual & crafted by small businesses who care and access to a ‘High St’ at the other end of the country so minimal air miles -Thank You!

Red & white cz silver ring
Beautiful ring that looks like garnet and diamond but is red and white cz. Very comfortable. Adjustable. Comes in two sizings. Real silver. Very reasonably priced. Delivery in a couple of days in the uk. Have now downloaded the app for future purchases.
Website in the dark ages
What a frustrating process to order! Product looks great, but after inputting all info for personalised gift, website will not allow to purchase. Says “oops, there's an error at our end, we’re working on it” Help team advised to use google chrome (already was) and delete cache (already had) but was simply directed to do this again, even though I told them I'd done this. Other option was to get an app- I'm sick of needing an app for everything. It did work, but obviously had to start from scratch. So my recommendation would be don't bother with their website. Time consuming, unnecessarily frustrating process to order online. Do better NOTHS - someone with appropriate tech expertise can help. The end result for me is I’ll look elsewhere another time and would have today if the order wasn't time sensitive.

Brilliant app and experience
I used Not On The High Street for all my Christmas shopping in December and it was brilliant. Removed the headaches of searching in different places for different people. Lots of variety, fast delivery and great quality. Highly recommend.
