Keeps crashing
Functionality of app is great but it crashes constantly even after updating making it unusable
Can not cancel

And am unable to. No way to reach customer service

Stop nagging users
Stop with the constant nagging to "upgrade." I'm an iCloud user, and will never upgrade to another service. Allow users to stop this constant nagging window.
I'm currently researching other apps to replace this one. Once that won't constantly try to "trick" me via their "upgrade" notice.

Great when it works
Amazing if you have time to troubleshoot, but very unreliable if you have an exam the next day and your notes are stuck behind upload circle. Would recommend when it works which is 50% of the times on a good day with device with full available storage.
Lost Pro, no help.
Upgraded to Pro in March and have seemingly just lost access. I’ve tried to restart, restore, sign out to sign back in, even emailed them and only got an AI bot replies telling me it’s apples fault.
I will be claiming a refund through my bank for loss of service. I loved this app, I’m gutted at the lack of solution and now broken app.
