This app has so many bugs
There are so many bugs and glitch’s, I really dislike this app and it is honestly making me think of switching agency’s so I don’t need to use this anymore. Half the time my client doesn’t show up on the list and the other half it won’t let me make a session. Even when it does work, it’s ok, nothing to write home about, but sadly it rarely happens that it works. Sorry if words come out a jumble, I am actively upset with this app.

Difficult to view session notes
Unable to Scroll and View Full Session Notes. When I’m writing a session note, I’m unable to scroll down to view the full content before submitting it. After submission, I still can’t scroll down to see the past the top of the note, which makes it hard to review or ensure accuracy.
I want to make sure my documentation is complete and correct, but this limitation is making that difficult.

Won’t open on MAC
Works some days not others
Been using this app daily for months and more often than not I'm having issues with it. I will be completely unable to add data after completing one program and nothing I do helps it. Relying on an app to track your client's progress, and ensure you get paid for the hours you worked, is a recipe for frustration.
