Love it but it keeps crashing
Love this app but as of recently it has been crashing so much! I keep checking for updates but there have been none available. Is this happening to others? There’s also no app support available, the one offered on the App Store is all in German so idk how to move forward with an inquiry.

Improvements Wanted
So, I tried it out and here is my verdict.
All the templates - are you trying to destroy our eyesight? Why, why are the lines so light that I can BARELY see them? Zero stars for that. You will have to change that.
Notes - at least here I could pick black for the lines, so that was good. Give us the same option for all your templates.
I see potential for this app. But I will hold off for now. Can’t use it if I can’t see it.

Best note taking app available!
Notedrafts is a no-nonsense, simple, easy to use note taking app. No unnecessary complexity or scammy in-app subscriptions. Clearly made by a developer who is passionate and knows what they are doing. Love it and would recommend to anyone!

A must have app for digital note takers. Easy to setup and organize notebooks. Don’t know how i can not have this app in my life. BEST NOTE APP EVER!
Curious about a feature
Curious if there is a feature when you can open up a note (or start a new note) on the iPhone and just start typing. Without having to insert a text box. I switched from apples notes which is very good at this. Just curious if there is already something like that on here that I’m missing or if maybe it’s a feature that could be added? I love being able to open a note on my iPhone and start jotting notes down with the keyboard. I’d love to give it more stars because I think it could be a great app with this one feature added.

너무 좋아서 사용 많이 하는데 이 어플만 쓰면 베터리 발열이 장난 아님 이유를 모르겠음 그거 때문에 다른 앱을 써야하나 고민이 될 정도임.. 좀 수정 못하나요?
Loved this app but it crashed & my notes were gone
I initially loved this app—the infinite canvas, dark mode, page layouts, everything. I actually came here to write a very positive review, recommend it to others, and even ask the developer how I could support the project. Unfortunately, my experience took a disappointing turn.
I was making notes and was almost done for the night when a sudden glitch occurred, and the entire new note was gone. At first, I thought the app might have crashed, which can happen—but when I reopened it, my notes had completely vanished and were nowhere to be found.
I’ve been a GoodNotes user since GoodNotes 4, but after they moved to a subscription model, I started looking for free alternatives and genuinely loved this app. However, after experiencing notes disappearing without warning, I’m no longer confident in relying on it.
Additionally, I imported a 2026 calendar PDF with hyperlinks, but the links were not clickable, and the PDF did not load properly. The app felt very slow and sluggish during use.
I really wanted this app to work for me, but these issues have made the experience frustrating and unreliable.

Functional and clean
In this day and age it is a delight to find something that simply works as you expect it to. The full version of this app is a one time payment! It has an easy to use, noncrowded interface, good pen controls and shortcuts, good folder organization, and good file importing and exporting. I tried many many apps to find one like this. It’s nice to know there is still functional, useful software being made.

Insanely fast, feels like Apple made it
This app is ridiculously snappy – no loading screens, no waiting, just instant responsiveness. Writing with the Apple Pencil is incredibly smooth, exactly like Apple’s native Notes app. The attention to detail is outstanding – even the subtle Apple Pencil shadow when you hover is there. These tiny touches make it feel genuinely native.
I’ve been switching between this and GoodNotes, and honestly? GoodNotes feels like it’s from 2010 in comparison. NoteDraft is in a different league when it comes to speed and fluidity.
Almost zero bugs, super polished. To the dev team: please keep doing exactly what you’re doing. Don’t change the design philosophy, and never compromise on that speed. I’m genuinely enjoying using this app – hope you’re enjoying building it just as much.

Difficulty Exporting
Having a lot of issues exporting to PDF or other formats.
Good app.
Generally I like everything about this app. It’s simple and made the job done. However, my iPad heats a lot when I use Notedrafts and battery drain is huge, 44% for 40 minutes, I think it’s too much.
Better than Goodnotes!
This Apps writing experience is wonderfull! Its Great and without all the unnecessary AI Features! Just a damn great notetaking App! The only thing i miss and would Like to add are sticky posteds,but even without that the App is Great!! I am excited for more Features to come!
Battery Drainage
I would give 5 stars if it didn’t drain battery much. I really like how simple it is and also the writing experience (smooth and nice)
But idk is it because iPadOS 26 or the app, it drains battery so much, in 30 minutes my battery went down to %50 from %72 (iPad Air M1). And there are lags while writing and screen brightness changes during writing.

Great app! The only thing missing is sync with google drive .
