Excellente application !

Très pratique, intuitive et vraiment utile au quotidien. L’interface est agréable, les fonctionnalités sont bien pensées et l’IA est rapide et efficace. Elle m’aide énormément à organiser mes notes et à gagner du temps. Je la recommande sans hésitation. Bravo aux développeurs !

Decepcionante, comprei um plano pois preciso com extrema urgência, paguei pra usar, e ainda estou com o plano gratuito, agora tenho que esperar suporte, pois se eu pagar de novo ainda corre o risco de nao dar certo novamenye, e meu prejuízo ser maior! So ESPERO QUE RESOLVAM ISSO OU ME DEVOLVAM MEU DINHEIRO

Recordings Disappeared

I’m not happy with the experience this far. I have had recordings disappear and I’m not able to find them. I wanted to send a transcript to my self and that was impossible. I ended up having to copy and paste the transcript to an email and send it to myself. I’m not sure I’ll be keeping the app.

The exported subtitle file should contain only one short sentence per timestamp

When loading the exported subtitle file from the app onto the corresponding video, large blocks of text are displayed on each frame, blocking nearly half of the video. It is not possible to watch the video while reading the subtitles on the screen.

I hope the subtitle file can be practically usable, with one timestamp for each short sentence so that only one line is displayed on the screen at a time, one short sentence per line.

Why does it not let me upload audio files?

I have been having troubles to upload voice records, my audio file is 16 minutes long and it says, “Insufficient audio length - Your audio is too short! Try uploading one that’s over 30 seconds.” I have converted my file into different types like m4a, mp3, but still doesn’t work. I also tried quitting the app or restarting but it’s not fixing.

Nie Verbindung auf die App

Hallo!
Ich habe die App vor 2 Tage herunterladen und hat mir auch direkt gefalle aber heute wo ich neu auf App ist von sich zugegangen und wenn ich jetzt sie wiederöffne kann ich mich nicht mehr Anmelden oder neu anlogen dass es als fehlgeschlagen gemeldet wird oder dass ich allgemein zu den Service keine Verbindung habe.
