Always says bug fixes
This app is horrid and every update “fixes” one bug but creates another. I loathe companies who put features into these terrible apps for data collection. Last CMF product i buy.
Good but could be better
I like what the app offers in terms of customization but there could be more. The equalizer uses a simple 3 band layout instead of a full parametric equalizer which really limits how much you can customize your listening experience. Another thing is that you can only have 1 custom equalizer preset at a time which is pretty annoying at times. I do however like how they added a personal sound profile so that you can calibrate audio to your own hearing and also the ability to raise or lower the strength of the noise cancelling. As I said it’s a good app but there are improvements to be made that could really make it great.

Lower volume
I like the earphones but they are very loud in a quiet room compared to my Bose QC. I only wear one earbud and half way out. Could you update the app so the lowest volume is half the range? Can it remember my volume setting? It always resets and is very loud.

Replaced w/ Soundcore Lib 4
Used these buds for way longer than I should have. When taking out of the case, they wouldn’t always connect, they wouldn’t always turn on, would need to restart and reconnect them several times throughout the lifespan. Liberty 4’s were less expensive and all around better sounding.

The app is annoying. It keeps disconnecting from the devices, even if they are close by. Includes watches and EarPods
Needs better equalizer controls
I like pretty much much everything with the software and sound quality. Connectivity is awesome, and they sound twice as good and are half as expensive as a pair of Beats Solo HD’s. My one complaint is equalizer controls. Three equalizer bands for the headphones on the App is kind of the pits. Maybe nine or more could work. Plz fix and I would have no complaints.

It is not over cmi aged unlike other watches and apps like Garmin or Suunto. Sometimes I find it hard to scroll to previous screen in the app.
