Weekly charges turned to daily charges, not easy to navigate and after cancellation still charges.

Horrible app, keeps trying to take my money somehow they connected to my cash app when I paid the .29 cent through PayPal and my cash app card isn’t connected to PayPal. The app says you can cancel subscription at any time just for it to say it doesn’t support cancellation. I had to call my banks and block the merchant because they won’t let me cancel and keep trying to take my funds

Reconsider Any Puchases
I usually check reviews but I didn’t on this one, my own fault. I cancelled my WEEKLY subscription after learning it was $14.99 (the initial week was $.29), the app immediately blocked access to the paid access, but continued to charge my account. I can’t even go in to the app to contact anyone anymore about canceling and refunding me, trying to get PayPal to block them from charging me anymore weekly fees but this is now week three of the app removing funds. It’s not worth it at all. Don’t make my mistake.

This is a scam to lock you into perpetual charges that you cannot cancel despite the Terms of Service. There is no way to manage the subscription. Do not fall for it.

I paid the first £0.29p payment and it wasn’t recurring but this morning I get a message saying they tried taking £14.99 from my account and I didn’t even authorize this payment because I stopped using the app a long time ago. Luckily for me there was no money on that card so it’s still pending but there’s no way to contact them to cancel it. Very suspicious.

Do not avail any subscription from this app. I availed a weekly subscription from them using my paypal account worth of $0.29. After a week, they charged me $14.99! I immediately requested for refund and until now, I didn’t hear anything from them. I didn’t even get to read any novels from the app since I was so confused by the novels included in it. And to be charged automatically without any warning that the amount will be different from my initial subscription. Absurd!

I’m usually pretty good about checking out the reviews of these apps before I download them and pay for anything. But I admit that I messed up when I downloaded this app without first checking out the reviews. It must have been a seriously off day or something because I am now stuck trying to make sure the auto renewal of a subscription I don’t want is cancelled by the company and trying to get a refund for all the payments they’ve received. There seriously is no way to cancel this subscription as claimed in their Terms of Service because it doesn’t show on my list of subscriptions in my Apple account. I just hope my request reaches someone who will do the right thing and cancel the auto renewal and refund my money.

Don’t subscribe through Apple
I tried to resubscribe to this app to get the unlimited stories another week. I reactivated my subscription through my subscription page on my phone rather than through the app. The app doesn’t recognize that I resubscribed. Also it doesn’t mark your place in the story well.
