Stolen money
I deposited 25 with ethereum, they took 10 bucks and sent the rest back saying it was short the correct amount to be sent. Just straight up stole the money and lied about the amount sent. I have photo proof of what was sent and what was sent back. Missing money. Scam.

I ran $500 up to $7500 in a day with some luck, they paid me out immediately on Venmo, no hassle whatsoever.
Horrible broken verification
I received a message to contact support regarding my verification and they sent me a message back saying their third party service would not let me verify at all this app is absolutely useless the support is terrible DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!

Holds Your Money
I made a deposit. Won my bet fair and square. Then tried to withdraw after completing the play-through and my account was locked. I tried to place a bet and my account was locked. I’ve used multiple platforms(DK, Kalshi, etc.) this is the first one that has ever locked up my account lol. Definitely don’t try this app.

Beware of their crypto deposit method
Lost $24 because their payment processor sent me a confusing email telling me to find “the deposit address” and I pulled the wrong one off the blockchain. Reached out to support and spent 8 HOURS in live chat with no resolution. Their response was basically “sorry nothing we can do, but thanks for the feedback.” All of this started because my deposit was .40 cents short .40 cents. Would have spent thousands more on this app. Stay away if you use crypto to deposit, one mistake and your money is gone forever with zero help from these guys. If you make a crypto deposit and it’s .01 cent short they will decline your deposit and it will take hours to get it back if you ever do. Look elsewhere.

Awesome company
I honestly feel bad for the people in the states that "banned" Novig for being a sweepstakes - that is the government DEMANDING people lose money to casinos "you will always lose and you will pay the casino extra fees of 5-10% because not paying the casino fee (vig) is 'dangerous' " ... NOVIG gives everyone an even chance and helps even people with problem betting by making all of their bets an even 50/50 chance rather than the guarantee of rapid impossible to beat loss casinos offer.

Horrible new reward system
They had something good and ruined it. The old reward system would payout the Novig cash and now its points that don’t give me as much as the old system did. Just another app trying to boost profits over customer satisfaction.

Locked out
I downloaded the app, deposited 200 dollars and it’s been doing “maintenance” every time I try to log in for over 24 hours, only a few hours after I deposited money. At this point I think they just took my money and locked me out
