They lock your prediction
Whether you are up or down on a prediction (usually when you are down), you can’t cash out. Kalshi lets you cash out at 1%, 2%, 5%.
This isn’t a true prediction market. I should be able to cash out when the odds went from 9% to 23% or vice versa. If I wanted to actually bet, I’d bets with a sports book. But I like to play the odds so I thought a prediction market would be the move. I’m going back to Kalshi.
