Customer support is completely worthless. You get scammed out of bonuses you were promised. Emails are never responded to. Stay MILES away from this app I assure you if you download it you will come to regret it as I have

The app told me do a survey, get $10 amazon gift card. i did 40 questions survey, it said i dont meet the requirements for a larger survey and therefore no gift card. just lol
New guy can’t play
Hi I’m new or was new to fandual and I can only use the predicts part . I tried but it said I was ineligible and when I talked to customer service I was told to call my gaming commission and ask why income, I was also told when I asked how income, employment and year of trade experience was a requirement . I was told from the customer service representative “ we are privy to that and we don’t make eligibility requirements we just house the application and I never got my question answered and was kinda brushed off ! I don’t if I would recommend to anyone after that experience. -billythekid_PAT
