Tried to make a parlay and I got worse odds by combing two bets. How does that make any sense?

The app told me do a survey, get $10 amazon gift card. i did 40 questions survey, it said i dont meet the requirements for a larger survey and therefore no gift card. just lol
New guy can’t play
Hi I’m new or was new to fandual and I can only use the predicts part . I tried but it said I was ineligible and when I talked to customer service I was told to call my gaming commission and ask why income, I was also told when I asked how income, employment and year of trade experience was a requirement . I was told from the customer service representative “ we are privy to that and we don’t make eligibility requirements we just house the application and I never got my question answered and was kinda brushed off ! I don’t if I would recommend to anyone after that experience. -billythekid_PAT

SCAM
It tells you it will give you $20 free if you sign up. They’re lying. They don’t give you nothing. They want you to do surveys about other sites so they can copy them. They promise you Amazon gift cards they won’t give them to you. If you wanna trade, go to predictions or Kashi.

The fees on FanDuel are genuinely insane I would rather go use Kalshi or Polymarket hell even Draft Kings prediction market is better 0-10 would not recommend
Terrible solution solving
They offer bonus/promotions and then don’t pay up. I’ve contacted support and have been running in circles for over an hour and they finally decided to transfer me over to the predict team? Why is your support button for FanDuel predicts leading us to regular FanDuel support. No one knows what’s going on and they just keep disconnecting from the chat.

Too many reinstalls
I have had to reinstall the app 3 times now to keep it working.
Deceptive promos and terrible support
I've been a high-volume bettor on the main FanDuel Sportsbook app for a long time, but this app is a massive rip-off. I opted into a promotion requiring a $25 trade and laid out over $25 of my own cash. Because the app secretly deducted a $1.10 exchange fee from my wager, the backend system recorded the bet as $24.75 and completely disqualified me from the promotion.
When I reached out to customer service to fix this petty technicality, the agent completely blew me off, hid behind standard automated scripts, and then literally closed the chat and walked away while I was mid-sentence. If you like hidden fee traps that void your promos and support staff that completely ghost you, this is the app for you. I'm taking my entire bankroll over to DraftKings and Fanatics where they actually value regular players. Avoid this trash.

They don’t pay out on promos they offer
On Friday. 6/12, they had a promo, which was bet $25, get $5 on bonus money for every goal scored in the team USA soccer game. I opted in, and made a $25 bet. 5 goals were scored, and I have still, one week later, not been paid the $25 in bonus funds.
I did the online chat twice this week. First time was told it would take up to 72 hours to pay out. I waited for days, and chatted again. I was told it would be paid out, but they needed even more time.
I have also reached out via social media, and also emailed today, and am being ignored.

scammed again
I opted into a promo of 25 bet gets 5 per USA goal. I did the 25 bet but it showed my bet at 24.99. 1 cent short so now i missed out on 20 promo credit. This is 3rd time now promos arent honored or scammed like this
My money
I put in money like they asked and still I can’t make withdrawals I’ve been at it for four days feel like I’m being scammed!

Misleading advertising
Horrible platform I’m just disgusted after signing up and putting my banking information on there they never credited me the “free $25” which I was trying to put on a +1150 prediction that came true and thus cost me around $300! NEVER USE THIS!
Worse odds, slower payouts
If you’re choosing between prediction market apps, I’d skip FanDuel. Other platforms offer much faster withdrawals, while FanDuel can make you wait up to two business days before you can even cash out your money. Their pricing and payouts also tend to be worse than competitors, so you’re often getting less value on the same markets.

it takes forever to finally be able to cash out the last time I won was on the 21st of May it’s the 26th & I still can’t cash out 0/10 don’t recommend
Pretty good but
I like the app and everything about it but it has to add more sports and bonus or promotions there’s no tennis,UFC,cricket,boxing,ea sport teams,lol,cs go it’s missing a lot of sports other then that I like everything
