Promo not paid
Be very careful with app offer promos that never pay. Make sure you take screenshots of all promos opted in as they will deny you did even though they can see your history. And even after showing they lie and say you won the bet when you clearly didn’t and have to show them. Even while they are looking at your history, be very careful with this and promos. They will lie to you, was told I won a bet that I lost (so they didn’t have to pay a 10 dollar promo!), which is easy to prove, that when I did show support they never responded to email.

Went through the struggle of changing my password using a email link that yall sent but doesn’t work. Then when I finally changed it and went to log in “Service is unavailable at the moment“…yea ok. Deleted❗️
App not loading…just get a blank Blue screen
Not sure what happened but the latest updated iOS version of Predicts does not work. All I get is a blue screen when opening the app and nothing else.

My combos were slipped way more than allowed

Blocked access to my account and Funds after a bit win
After a week of using the app , all of the sudden the access to my account and funds was blocked. I was told by customer support that my account was suspended due to identity verification. I just have two questions:
1- why you so concerned about identity verification only after your customers on winning streak and trying to make a big withdrawal? I find it a little bit strange. Identity verification should be done during the initial sign up process . I suspect you use identity verification as an excuse to block or delay your customers access to their funds , after a big win .
2- Even if the real intent here is identity verification, I believe while identity verification process is still ongoing, customers should still be able to access and withdraw the portion of their funds that’s been initially deposited from their own person bank accounts. It’s not a fair practice for you to hold the money that belongs to your customers. People have bills to pay.

Very Frustrating withdrawal
I have legitimate winnings in my account, but I’m unable to withdraw them to my bank account. The app appears to offer the option to deposit or withdraw using your bank account number, but when you actually select it, the option doesn’t work.
I was also told I could withdraw to my debit card only if I had originally deposited with that card, but the app doesn’t allow me to make a deposit with my card either. The only option that currently works is Apple Pay. This leaves me with no practical way to withdraw my funds.
Support has been contacted; they couldn’t fix anything (one of them was very unprofessional) but the entire process has been extremely frustrating and complicated

This app is trash, customer service is trash they don’t help and they always close out the message thread before you can even respond. They promotions are definitely trash, they don’t even have options to refer. This is the worst prediction trading app by far. They’ll be better off just getting rid of it completely.

in a split second, the combo dropped from 100 to a few dollars after it was too late and no warning!
They said: Slippage happens when prices move while your order is processing — it can be slightly better or worse depending on market activity. The system limits big changes (over 5%) and will ask you to confirm if the price moves a lot.
I contacted them and they kept saying it was normal slippage but it wasn’t
If you are screwed twice by someone it’s time to move on
I asked them to fix this problem. They said it’s not a problem, just normal.

Fake advertising
Got an email saying Opt-in to receive this free promotions bonus. So I login to my app and go to the promotions tab. The promotions tab won’t load saying “It’s us, not you. Please try again later.” So I go to customer support who says there is not a promotion bonus in my state at the moment. I sent him a screenshot of the email I received and he said “I don’t know why you got that email, but there is no promotion in your state currently.” So either they sent me an email lying, or their customer service is lying. Either way I would give zero stars if I could due to the amount of time I have wasted dealing with them and leaving this review. Do better.
