User reviews

Terrible customer service and app

This app offers nothing that any other market can offer, worse UI, terrible liquidity, and makes nothing clear about the bonus’ wouldn’t recommend to literally anyone.

Response from developer

Thanks for sharing your feedback, and we're sorry the experience didn't meet your expectations. We hear you on the UI and bonus clarity, and we're always working to improve both. If there's something specific you ran into, feel free to email support@fanaticsmarkets.com so we can look into it. The Fanatics Markets App Team

Broken promo

Did not get my full new user bonus because the trade match did not work correctly.

Misleading Promotions, Zero Goodwill

was looking at a new-customer FanCash promotion in the app advertising up to $350 across 14 days. During the signup process, I was prompted to use an email link, and that apparently enrolled me in a different, smaller 10-day offer worth up to $170 instead.

That distinction was not clear to me at the time. The app continued prominently showing the larger 14-day promotion, and I kept trading believing I was still within the promotional period. Later, support told me my personal offer had already ended because I had been enrolled in the smaller 10-day version.

I also previously had a daily match denied because Fanatics uses Eastern Time for the cutoff even though I placed the trade before midnight in my own Central Time zone.

Support acknowledged my feedback about the confusing promotional presentation but offered no accommodation. Maybe the terms technically protect them, but the overall setup feels designed in a way that makes it easy for customers to misunderstand which offer they actually have. That destroyed my trust in the platform, and I’ll be using other sports trading apps going forward.

Response from developer

Thanks for laying this out in detail, and we're sorry the promotion details weren't clear. We understand how confusing it is when a different offer is applied than what you expected, and the time zone cutoff added to the frustration. Your feedback about the promotional presentation is valuable and we're passing it along internally. If you'd like us to take another look at your specific case, please reach out to support@fanaticsmarkets.com. The Fanatics Markets App Team

Misleading scam

I was trying to bet a specific game that was on here but once I created an account and deposited the game was no longer there and I was unable to withdraw anything without using it. Ridiculous

Response from developer

We’re sorry for the frustrating experience. We understand how disappointing it is to deposit funds for a specific market only to find it’s no longer available. Market availability can change, but we also recognize your concern about accessing your deposited funds. Please contact support@fanaticsmarkets.com so we can review your account. - The Fanatics Markets App team
