Not recommended at all
Shows one price initial after reaching at the said location changes fare to high..charges double of that. Zero customer support service. Faced same issue many times
Its a bug fest
There are way too many flaws in even the basic flow of the app that the product designers and dev need to look into, for instance-
1. How is an existing user supposed to log in to the system again? There’s only one flow available for the user - register. That’s a major fail for all those who have used the app once and reinstalling it.
2. On trying to save home location the app crashes. Tried multiple times and theapp failed miserably each time.
3. Is the app not integrated with Google maps API? Why aren’t even the most common landmark locations populating in the app?
I can go on but I feel like a QA engineer now and could potentially charge for my
service.
Note to the team- good attempt but the product needs a lot for testing and a better user flow.
