I will be letting my large following know to help me shut this app down. These developers are smart and are scammers. No way I just created this wallet 3 days ago. And boom. Money gone.

Frauds and an absolute disgrace. AVOID.
They let all of you crypto get stolen and then feed you a pathetic excuse about why. Listen, do not use any wallet that also isn't a full exchange as well, they simply do not have the security protocols because they don't have to. Use Coinbase, Kraken, or Gemini instead. GET OFF OF THE APP STORE!

Unable to access funds
Used to use this app all the time, stopped for a year, came back and bought $140 worth of btc. It’s been almost a week and my wallet won’t update with the funds, having serious problems and customer support doesn’t resolve the issue, they just open tickets and I wait days for an email response that doesn’t help. The app is so buggy that it literally stole from me.
Update: literally minutes after posting this review, I received another email back with instructions on how to resync my XMR wallet, but I need assistance with my BTC wallet. I could literally slam my head against concrete right now. This is an absolute nightmare and the devs should be ashamed.

Lots of issues
Be ready to have your money disappear from your account completely. That’s what happened to me, after waiting 2-3 days for my money to come in from another wallet of mine. I let my xmr coins sit and didn’t use any then a couple weeks later I open the app the completely $0 dollars without any transaction history😪 These guys are 100% thief’s and not because they’ll charge high fees on every deposit but cause they’ll straight up take ALL your money.

Scammers and liars
It seems they are stealing people’s money and are they are hiding behind the “KYC” argument to maybe find a customer which doesn’t have some documents and therefore they can steal his money “legally” and keep it for themselves.
Also, they are lying in the AppStore about “no data collected” because if you dig deeper in their privacy policy it says it collects a lot of data.

money randomly went missing
hi my name is kay and id like to report that my money was randomly took after receiving it and trying to send 5$ to a friend and randomly ALL my money got took and was sent to an address I didn’t even put in… I want my money back. This is ridiculous i literally had 110$ to save up for something.

Lost Funds – App Sent My Crypto to the Wrong Address
I used NOW Wallet to exchange XMR to SOL — the app handled everything automatically. I never entered any address manually. Still, the app sent my funds to the wrong address, and the exchange never received them.
It’s been over a month. I contacted support immediately. They admit the funds were sent but say they don’t know where, and they’ve done nothing to fix it. I’ve sent them all the proof: Order ID, screenshots, transaction info — they just keep stalling and asking me to wait.
