Cannot register for the app as it does not send registration OTP SMS to my phone. Makes the app useless.

Useless. Have e-mailed technical support twice but received no reply either

Will not send OTP.
Tried to register- filled in all details - then waited to receive OTP text confirmation that never arrived. Is this really Bahrain official App. Will not hold my breath for other Apps linked to the Kingdom. Please improve.
