Horrible App
NPS website and ios mobile app are horrible, there is no clear way to check my current holding, invested amount, current value, xirr, absolute growth. There is zero visualization, can't request holding summary pdf, can't view and transact with different pfms and plans, we are entering 2026 and the website is below 2010 standards.

College grads make better apps
This app would score negative marks in terms of UI and UX. There’s no biometric logic feature. This app won’t even allow OTP to be auto filled using iOS mobile keyboard nor it’ll allow to copy paste OTP from Messages. Protean has much better offering in each and every aspect. Unfortunately, I’m can’t move to Protean and I’m stuck with Kfin.

Login Problem
I have been trying to login my NPS account through browser and mobile app but the logging is not happened instead of getting landing page looping me to login page again and again. I already sent emails about 12 conversations but no response after 6th conversation I feel like insecure and worst support team. Fix the issue or close the account settle the amount to bank account attached to the NPS PRAN. For further detail you can find the mail “login problem” in subject.

Useless app, worst experience
This app is just a worst app I have ever used, it very annoying, too slow, no idea what they updated, made it worst, so many faults in this app,requesting to you , please resolve all the issues with proper testing the app….it is not like that you just developed and sent to the market……😡😡😡
Login times out
No finger print or face id option available. Super slow and outdated app. Every-time app logs you put and you have to find out your PRAN ID. There should be an option to login with mobile number. And please remove that stupid CAPTCHA.

Turning a semi working app into a weird webpage
This app to some extent was working for me to quickly check on the last investment made and the current values. Adding all the webpage features while removing the older look and feel and added security makes this a downgrade
Error in Tier 2 contribution
Whenever we try making a contribution to the Tier2 account, we see a notification about the PFRDA regulation, but there is no option to move to the next step. No ‘ok’ or ‘next’ button. Always have to do it through the website, which is not convenient always!

App is crashing every 20 seconds saying timeout login again . Same thing happened with me when i was in midway for transaction and app abruptly got timeout. Now my money is deducted but not able to see the contribution. Worst app .

Really surprised that k fintech is still not rectified the issue, it automatically logout, ui layout is not at all useful,no option to login with Face ID.
Overall design of the app needs to changed and it should be as per standard.

Can you check the error after login when I tap on show more details if automatic close the app and I have to login again..I want statement but date selection is not coming up and after 30 sec app close automatic…please relsolve the issue
Poor application design
The current version I am not able to see further details, when I click for further details in the app the app is getting crashed, kindly address the issue and resolve

If there is a option to give negative rating, I would have given it. I hope this review will be read by kfintech technical team. Currently I am facing below issues,
1. While you are resetting your password, you will be timed out without any reasons. This is very annoying. It took atleast 3 attempts to reset password.
2, if tou click show details on your investment, app is crashing and closing.
3. App is not at all user friendly, it’s very difficult to understand contribution details.
4. If grimace is raised, never got a reply email regarding the resolution also can see grievance status in the app.

This app is torture
Who sets so less expiry time in session, if you want to torture people then just simply ask them reset their password or mpin in this app, in between the process you get timed out like 10 times, very frustrating security check.

Would like you to inform that the show more details option is not wiring since past 5 days as trying to check the details the system automatically logs out and then need to login again and it’s kind in a loop when we click on show more details it logs out.

Login times out immediately
Very bad experience. Every time it kicks me out saying login timeout. No matter which menu option I select, I kicks me out of the session and says login times out. What is the use if the basic login itself is not working. Please fix it as soon as possible
Pathetic in every aspect
Full of bugs and error. Automatically logs me out anytime. It force you to reset your password again and again, which force you to write your password somewhere. It's highly frustrating app. Use it to increase your blood pressure if low.
Horrible experience
I am stuck with this application as Axis bank routed me to this , the app keeps crashing plus when the mandantary password change time comes , every time you try it says timed out … it took me 6 attempts to change the password.. my advice to everyone is don’t go for nps via axis bank or any other bank which works with this app

Worst development
Tons of glitches in this app. Gets logged out every time within 30 seconds. App itself does not know what is your password and every time I set new password, during second time login I get pop-up that invalid password. Worst app
