No matches specially within NRIs
No matches find even though I have their platinum plan, however seller tries to call many times to sell the high cost plan.
Waste of money
I became a premium member on NRI Shaadi a year ago hoping the paid features would actually improve my chances of finding genuine matches. The expectation was simple: better visibility, better reach, and better matchmaking. Unfortunately, that was far from my experience.
Even after paying for Premium, my profile traffic remained extremely low, and I barely saw any increase in engagement. Later, I received calls from their sales representatives pushing me to upgrade again to a VIP membership, claiming THAT would finally put my profile in the spotlight and help connect me with potential matches. That raises a serious question — if Premium doesn’t provide proper visibility, then what exactly are users paying for in the first place?
Another disappointing feature is ShaadiLive events. I joined multiple events, waited for hours each time, and still wasn’t connected with a single person. Either the system is poorly designed, or the matching algorithm simply doesn’t work as advertised.
What’s even more frustrating is the number of fake/scammer profiles on the platform. Multiple suspicious accounts reached out to me, started conversations, and later disappeared — most likely because they were eventually banned after being identified as scammers. But what about genuine users like us? We waste our time, energy, and emotions interacting with these fake profiles while the platform fails to properly prevent scammers from creating accounts in the first place.
At this point, it feels less like a matchmaking platform and more like a continuous upselling business model where users keep paying for “better visibility” without seeing real results or proper user protection. Very disappointing experience overall.

I am not able to edit my profile since 6 months and all they tell is to update app which is already updated still there a glitch that i cant even add or del pics or change bio nothing
Its like they have disabled that function for me
All they do is call n ask to join premium

Don’t fall into the VIP Shaadi trap!
They try hard to sell you VIP Shaadi for $600 for the so called ‘personalised service’. It’s just crap! The moment you accept any of the suggested profiles from the consultant, you can see a notification in the app that ‘I have connected with prospect’ irrespective of the time of the day. This clearly goes to show that these guys are cheating you by giving automated updates and make it look like there’s actually someone working on your profile. What an unethical behaviour! As far as the suggestions, they just apply all the filter criteria you give, and automatically send you some random profiles every week that may/may not meet the criteria. There is no concept of ‘personalised service’. Don’t fall for that trap! At this point it feels like I paid $$$ only to get notified by bots. Would never recommend this service to anyone.

I was on nri Shaadi website for more than one year. This website is just a scam. Mostly profile are fake. They just trying to loot ur money. U can’t get a life partner from this website. I can’t give less than one star. Frauds

Make it fully free for girls as they will increase your TRP rates and even app should have lot of best option for any categories it’s of premium or free girls and talk n see profile fully free
