It’s buggy
You think with the amount they charge for tools, I would get a decent app. Find a good developer. It’s not difficult anymore and fix all the buggy issues, the facial recognition to login is buggy, navigation is terrible. I’m better off just using my desktop.
This app SUCKS
I have used this app for years and it seems it has vastly gone down hill! I check it every few days and saw no indication I had unpaid tolls and had no idea till I got a letter in the mail!! It would be nice if I could have seen a notification in the app or even an email instead no idea. Sometimes I can’t even log in!!!

I have used the app for a few years now to keep an eye on my tag balance and with the most recent update to the terms of service and app, they have completely rendered the app useless. Whenever I try to agree to the new terms, it will not let me click the button to agree and close, so it thinks I haven’t agreed. Closing the window glitches out the entire app and I can’t see my balance at all, or anything else for that matter. So I have no idea how much money I have on my tolltag at any given time. Extremely frustrating, especially since I know calling will do nothing. Please fix this.

This is a bottom 5 app on my phone. It’s time for a major upgrade NTTA.
STOP CHARGING EACH CAR
The only charges that should be made is the account not each individual car. If I have four cars on the account, they wanna charge $20 for each car so in total $80 just for one time only.
We do not live in the area where we frequent the toll roads a lot. So it would make more sense just to charge the account the amount.

C’mon NTTA can we hire a dedicated dude that knows what they are doing compared to holding onto the old guy that knows how to run the system the app works on.

A lot of times it doesn’t show the balance or recent transactions. Wonder what they are doing with all the tolls they are charging by us. They can’t even have a well functioning app.

Badly built app. Doesn’t function most of the time. Won’t log in, won’t load if it does let you in.

Can’t Add Funds & Loads Slowly
It’s 2026. There should be NO reason this app is as unusable as it is. It should serve the ONE purpose it is meant to- allow you to pay your tolls. It doesn’t do that. I can’t add funds. The pages load at prehistoric speeds. Do better.
Worthless app/ continuous waste of time
Every once in awhile, I manage to get into the app to be able to see my activity. Typically, I can’t get into the account. It is great at taking my money but every time I try to access my account, it says wrong email and password. I have had the same email since I established the account many years ago.

This company is great at taking your money: if you make a mistake and fail to update your plate numbers—even though you already paid for the sticker—they charge you for it, and then, much later, they send you to collections for an additional debt claiming your plates were invalid. There is absolutely no understanding; they force you to pay for something you’ve already paid for. Their greed knows no bounds.
esta compañia son buenos para quitarte tu dinero si cometes un error al no cambiar los numero de plate y tienes tu sticker te cobran por el sticker y al tiempo pero al mucho tiempo te envían a coleccion con otra deuda por tener tus plates malos. no existe compression alguna es a juro que le tienes que pagar algo que ya te han cobrado. La ambición por el dinero no tiene límites

Whoever wrote this app must be a stupid little kid. You should fire that stupid kid and hire an expert instead.

Useless
With all the revenue they get from tolls you'd think they could hire professionals who know what they're doing when designing an app. 3rd graders could definitely do better.
