I cannot login in the app. I log in fine in website end.
Terrible
Such a head ache to use. Signs me every use, never update, never accepted my passwords, it’s a major headache. I’m at the point I rather deal with the traffic.

No working properly
App requires to switch location to “always” mode. Why do you need it? I don’t want to share any my data except NTTA using. Also it doesn’t work with Face ID and even not starting today. You need to do something maximum quick

The app let’s you do nothing. Even tho it says you can.
Why?!
Why is it every time this app gets updated, it somehow gets worse? Constant login issues, loading issues, you name it, it won’t do it. I have lost count of how many times I have erased and reinstalled this app just to check and reload my balance.
Constant issue since update
Ever since the last update I’ve had the same issues as others. The app constantly brings up the link review legal terms and causes issues with logging in. I had to change my password which was unbearably long and tedious because it would constantly hang. And now since it has decided it needs to know where I am constantly (even after turning location off in the app) the app constantly shows it is tracking me when I’m sitting at home. Use to be an ok app.

Pop up that won’t go away
The app did an update recently and now has the most annoying pop up about their legal terms that forces you to read it every time you open the app. No option to click here to not read again. I also had to delete and reinstall the app after the update to make any changes that it required me to do.
Changing passwords is a freaking nightmare!
I just logged in to the app, and I was told I needed to change my password, which turned into a 30 minute ordeal, having to submit three lost password requests, figure out how to specify the list of special characters in my password, deal with Captcha, put in a six-character two-factor code, etc.
Does it really have to be this hard to change a password?!?

Update problem
After an update, every login information is wiped out.
Can’t pay bill…
Always seems to be some sort of issue.
It suspends my card ALL THE TIME. Says there is a positive balance when there isn’t and now idk what’s going on…. I can’t pay it, it’s past due and it keeps buffering and glitching.
And they double charge me when I’m pulling the trailer, they take it from tag but they also bill me for the trailer separately.

Does the job but needs work
The app generally worked well until a couple of weeks or so ago. It now takes longer for the qccount information to load after logging in. The app freezes at times and i sometimes have issues logging in.
Works fine
Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. The app works fine. Keep your information updated and you won’t have any problems.
Poor app
Absolutely amateur level work in the app. Constantly fails to connect. No app update notifications. It just fails to work. Slow, unresponsive, and unreliable.
