Can’t Add Funds & Loads Slowly
It’s 2026. There should be NO reason this app is as unusable as it is. It should serve the ONE purpose it is meant to- allow you to pay your tolls. It doesn’t do that. I can’t add funds. The pages load at prehistoric speeds. Do better.
Worthless app/ continuous waste of time
Every once in awhile, I manage to get into the app to be able to see my activity. Typically, I can’t get into the account. It is great at taking my money but every time I try to access my account, it says wrong email and password. I have had the same email since I established the account many years ago.

This company is great at taking your money: if you make a mistake and fail to update your plate numbers—even though you already paid for the sticker—they charge you for it, and then, much later, they send you to collections for an additional debt claiming your plates were invalid. There is absolutely no understanding; they force you to pay for something you’ve already paid for. Their greed knows no bounds.
esta compañia son buenos para quitarte tu dinero si cometes un error al no cambiar los numero de plate y tienes tu sticker te cobran por el sticker y al tiempo pero al mucho tiempo te envían a coleccion con otra deuda por tener tus plates malos. no existe compression alguna es a juro que le tienes que pagar algo que ya te han cobrado. La ambición por el dinero no tiene límites

Whoever wrote this app must be a stupid little kid. You should fire that stupid kid and hire an expert instead.

I was able to login before updating the app. Now no more! Bad Developer hired on H1B from India.

With all the revenue they get from tolls you'd think they could hire professionals who know what they're doing when designing an app. 3rd graders could definitely do better.

I don’t know what happened to this app. It never lets me log in anymore. It just resets like I never entered my user info. It makes me accept the user agreement every time I try to log in.

No way to avoid automatic charges
Why in the world would you have it automatically charge me $40 when I still had funds available?? Funds should only ever be added manually!! I do not often travel on toll roads, so there is absolutely no reason for me to keep more than $20 on my tag. What do you mean there is no way to adjust my preferences there?

NTTA profits off you
The company operates outside the US and profits off commuters. Their is always traffic and road are no nicer then any other. They charge you ridiculous amounts and will take you to court so be careful.

Works fine
Maybe it didn’t work well a few years back but it’s working fine now. I just downloaded and added funds to check. I refreshed my account on the browser to see if it reflected and it did. All is good now.

Worst app ever. Not user friendly and to think I have had this terrible experience for years. They do not care about user experiences. Only care about their money. So disappointing. I wish I could give zero stars.
When upgrading is a downgrade
At least the old app retained login creds and showed the data. This new app doesnt show vehicles or account balance.
What happened?
Not sure what happened but I don’t remember this app being so awful. It’s absolute garbage. I’ve successfully reset my password 4 times for it to keep telling me I’m locked out. You shouldn’t have to call customer service for a simple password issue. But here I am. Having to do just that.
Sorry App
Cannot update address in profile on this app. Cannot update credit card payment method. This app is floundering in 2008.
