MAJOR APP ISSUE
BUYER BEWARE when bidding on this app. If the app delays while you bid, the bid will still go through but not until the app unfreezes. I put in a $7 bid, but because the app froze for a few seconds, by the time it unfroze, a bid was entered in my account for $295 and i was charged and sent sneakers even though my intended bid was $7. I IMMEDIATELY got in touch with customer service as well as the sellers about this mistake but nothing was done as they said they do not honor cancellations and i am now holding a $300 pair of sneaker that do not fit me bc my $7 bid was entered as $295.

They will sell u fake items, and NOT refund your money they will IGNORE you after sending 1 message back. I sent them over 15 emails regarding the incedent to customer service and was ignored all times. I will repeat they will NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY FOR FAKE ITEMS YOU BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK😂. I have no idea now they even have 5 stars must be fake reviews get your items anywhere else you’ve been warned.

Lame auctions and products
Downloaded the app to research and was pretty stunned by how poorly this app looks and functions. Not to mention the “live” content is pretty poor quality user generated content, I can’t imagine this app will be around for long.

I like to compare prices on all websites before I buy a pair of shoes so I’m looking this place has the highest prices and it is deathly hard to look for one type of shoes if you buy from here you’re getting scammed an average 150$ shoes was 320$ on here all of the 5 star reviews are very sketchy just look at the names and their one sentence reviews

BUYER BEWARE!!!
I bought shoes on one of their live auctions. The auction host misrepresented the value of the shoes, and failed to disclose that they all had damaged boxes, and are actually labeled as "Not Suitable for Sale!” They also charged me $80 to ship me 4 pairs of shoes in one box. I tried several times to contact them but they refused to accept a return. Find another place to buy your sneakers where you can have confidence in the products and your business dealings.

Good, but needs improvement
So it is a decent app all in all, really great sellers and some great deals. Only issue is it could use improvements. First of all, it would be great if I could bookmark items I’m interested in so I don’t have to sit in a stream for hours waiting for the item to get ran. Second it would be cool if we could pre-bid on items in case we can’t make it to the stream when item gets ran. There are a bunch of other things as well but those two are what I can think of off the top of my head.
ALSO! Customer service needs to actually service the customers! My girlfriend is still waiting since NOVEMBER for a refund on $300+ worth of clothes she bought in a stream that turned out to be fake! NTWRK step your game up!

Worst after service
Bought black pink x murakami print, came damage and tried to get some help. Reached out multiple time via emails and never got a respond. Horrible service, never buying anything from here again.
