La aplicación es muy mala no tengo ingreso ni a la aplicación ni a mi dinero y por ninguna línea o medio me dan respuesta

No les subo la calificación hasta que se pueda volver a obtener una tarjeta de crédito

Manejo 2 celulares uno con Android y otro de Apple pero solo me deja iniciar sesión en 1 solo dispositivo por favor corrijan esto me toca estar cerrando e iniciando sesión

No me han querido dar mi crédito sabiendo que me hicieron un préstamo y lo pago puntual y abone casi todo a capital
Después de la actualización no aparece mis datos de cuenta de ahorro

Multiple account support needed
Needs support to be able to access accounts from other countries for those dual nationals without having to remove the app and log back in. Other wise great app. Super simple to use.

I didn’t use to much when I was Brazil but I just loved it , i do know that I downloaded the app and I believe I get the card but I didn’t use it to much I had a bussines account and xp and Itaú and bb when you are in Brazil you have so many accounts but I just love nubak really all their energy ame vive keep going

Algo muy extraño de Nu
Tiene publicidad prácticamente en todas las estaciones del metro de Medellín, pero desde Nu no se puede recargar la tarjeta cívica pára usar el metro 🤔
Es una alegría y milagro para mi
Luego de inconvenientes financieros por casualidad solicité sin ninguna esperanza la tarjeta y me la otorgaron y eso fue impactante para mí .. espero no defraudar la oportunidad que me brindaron

Amo Nu. Super fácil de usar su aplicación. Me encanta el interés que dan en la turbo (ojalá pudieran incrementar el límite 😅) súper fácil de entender su plataforma. Llega rapidísimo el dinero de otras apps. Se ve bonito. Amo que mandan correos electrónicos frescos, sencillos y chistosos aveces. EL MEJOR

A great on-line bank
I’ve been using Nubank as my main bank account for 8 years now and I never had any bad experience. It’s been a great bank and a great app.
The few times I had to use support, it didn’t take me that long to be talking with someone and solve my problem.

Llevo una semana sin poder acceder a mi cuenta
Es imposible iniciar sesión desde mi cuenta. Cambié de celular recientemente y cuando intento ingresar a mi cuenta, me sale un letrero que dice que no tienen nuevos productos para mi. No me deja iniciar sesión de ninguna forma. No puedo acceder an mis depósitos, realizar transferencias ni pagar mi tarjeta. Esta situación es una vergüenza, especialmente para un banco digital.

They publish $0 monthly fees without any asterisks or footnotes. But as soon as you apply they send you an email saying you’re approved but have to pay a monthly fee. I tried to email them for clarification but push you to the app to get help. To get into that part of the app you have to accept the terms of the credit card (with the monthly fee). I tried calling them twice and they just hung up on me.
