Terrible Class Booking App

The App is shockingly poor. When there are issues IT at Nuffield Head Office refer you back to the club. The club refers you to IT at Head Office. No one takes accountability which is very frustrating and terrible for the blood pressure. Totally counterintuitive to what a health and leisure club should be promoting.

Fab gym & facilities

I was at Pure Gym in the City of London, and after the 2nd gym of theirs closed down, I’d had enough and joined Nuffield - which is a breath of fresh air to me.
The facilities are so good, as are the classes and the fact that towels are available.
Definitely worth the change of gym!

Nuffield Cheam

All classes good in particular Lizzy and Donna Pilates. Antony Young kettlebells and Andrea Zumba look forward to all these classes.

Rate the instructors

Would be nice to add a prompt to rate the instructors and be able to drop a review.

Cheam Nuffield club

I have been member for 25 year. I enjoy visiting the club to workout . The staff are very friendly and polite makes one feel at home.
Club itself is good but booking app is not so good.
We have to set an alarm to wake up at 6:58 to be ready to book when the App opens at 7 am and still cannot get in. I suggest that the App opens up at 7pm rather than 7 am so that we don’t have to deprive our sleep and be disappointed at the same time when one doesn’t get booked for a class.
Also by increasing the low intensity class number to 25 could also slightly open up for those of us who are interested getting in to classes
Thank you
