Unable to go past the 4th « world »

There is a cloud over the next chapter and we are unable to go past the 4th chapter... completely useless!

Gets stuck at level 4

Gets stuck and cannot move past fourth level

A good start but can’t access all levels

My son has really enjoyed playing the first few levels but after the fourth it will not allow us to go any further saying that it is loading description or that there are connection issues which there are not. Can’t seem to access any tech support either, so am quite disappointed due to such a promising start.
