App seems to have died off
I used this for years and always loved it. But after renewing my subscription 3 months ago it is now impossible to update the blocked call list without an error message. When I contacted them I only received an automated message saying they'd get back to me which was two weeks ago. DO NOT purchase this app as it appears it's still for sale but will no longer do its only job.
I'm only giving it one star to grab potential buyers attention. For the past several years it deserved five. I am annoyed it essentially stole my money for the renewal. Not sure what happened, but don't renew and don't buy this app.

Server failure
The server is not able to update numbers for over a week now resulting in the app being unavailable due to database expiration. The website has no customer support link either.

app said free trial, but took subscription upfront. to be sure, worthless app, unable to customize services, or ad hoc. i only wanted to use the reverse feature, and without Dumbo snooping on my calls. lol

Früher war die Erkennung besser
Früher hatte die App eine bessere Erkennung, aktuell kommen viele spam Nummern durch. Das ist aktuell nicht mehr so zuverlässig. Ich hoffe auf eine höhere Erkundungsrate zukünftig.

Eine gute App, um Anrufer zu erkennen
Ich finde die App besser als andere Apps wie z.B. tellows. Am dem angezeigten Symbol ist schnell zu erkennen, ob es sich um einen vertrauenswürdigen Anruf oder Spam handelt. Es wird davor nur „Numbo“ angezeigt anstatt etwas langes wie beispielsweise „tellows Anruferkennung & Spamschutz“, sodass man in der Anrufliste auch die vollständige Information sehen kann. Gemeldete Nummern werden umgehend zur Datenbank hinzugefügt. Es scheint eine große Datenbank vorhanden zu sein welche die Nummern vieler Unternehmen enthält. Die Datenbank dieser App benötigt auch mehr Speicherplatz als andere Apps, was möglicherweise darauf hindeutet, dass hier wesentlich mehr Informationen enthalten sind. Durch die Familienfreigabe kann man es mit der Familie teilen. Ja die App ist teurer als andere, jedoch habe ich das Gefühl, dass die App mehr durchdacht und besser designed wurde als andere Apps.

Ich suche was wo ich auch die ländervorwahlen sperren kann zb +43 das alle anrufe aus diesem land überhaupt gesperrt werden bzw nicht durchkommen weil ich habe gefühlte 1000 anrufe aus diesem Land,meistens 5 direkt hintereinander das nervt die alle zu sperren

Beim Start bricht das Laden der Datenbank immer ab. Neuinstallation hilft nicht. App ist so nutzlos. IOS 17.2.1

Seit einigen Wochen versucht sie jedoch sofort nach dem Start die Datenbank upzudaten.
Nach ca. 3 bis 4% bricht das Datenbankupdate ab und ich erhalte die Nachricht:
Fehler beim Extrahieren der Nummern aus heruntergeladenen Daten.
Danach kann ich die App nur noch schließen.
Mehrfache Neuinstallationen führten immer wieder zum gleichen Ergebnis.

Crash in update, always asks for payment
It’s annoying that it always asks repayment whenever you try to report spams.
Worse yet, it crashes when it tries to update the blacklist phone numbers. There’s no way to bypass the update even when you delete the app entirely and reinstall it. It goes right back to update phone numbers and crashes without any ability to bypass or exit out of updating.
It’s a useless app. Delete it.
