colleagues tab Needs fixing
When you go to the colleagues, and click a schedule, every time you go back the colleagues to click someone news it distorts the colleagues and expands their workplace/name and doesn’t line up to read left to right, it’s as if someone tab’ed after every 2-3 letters.
PACU PREOP
I work with a variety of hours in addition to on call hours for the perioperative department so being able to see the hours im scheduled for would be a nice addition to the app, none the less, its convenient

App crashes
The app crashes more often than not. When that happens I’m unable to access my schedule and this is the only place I have my schedule.

In order to view my work schedule on my facilities app it’s a lot of security measures so I liked that you can just open Nursegrid and see quickly however it goes offline and completely loses my whole schedule when it is “down”
Almost always not working now
Like others have mentioned, recently the app is not loading. I am unable to see my schedule or make changes. I rely on this app to view my schedule because it also shows what I days I inputting for self-schedule that is not usually published for a few weeks at my hospital. All nurses know the inconvenience this causes when trying to make plans with family or friends and I cant open the app to see if I placed myself to work that day. Please fix the glitch or I’ll have to go back to old Google calendar.

Log in fail
Second time in a few months that the app log in fails repeatedly and I cannot use it. Updating the app does not help. I uninstalled and then reinstalled app and then could no longer use my old account. All possible emails and phone numbers were now some
How “not found” I hold out for a few weeks and then finally just make a new account forgoing the feature of colleagues because I don’t want to have to reconnect all of that but just to keep my schedule. But here we are again today, LOG In fAiLeD repeat repeat repeat! I’m over it

Unreliable lately
This app continues to crash and have trouble loading my calendar. It often says error or “login failure“ and requires a refresh, and then the refresh loads a completely empty calendar. Not good if it’s what you rely on solely for your work schedule.

I love NurseGrid!!!! It’s an excellent assistant with maintaining my schedule.
Deleted after 5 minutes
Why in the world would an app designed for shifts make you input the times instead of creating presaved shifts and then choosing between those when throwing them in your schedule. I threw in my day shifts, changed the time and then put in my night shifts but apparently you have to save between every change in time. It felt like that moment you realized you didn’t save your Word doc after spending a long time on it. Not only that but you were deceived into thinking the Word doc was saving itself. Horrible design and no instructions.

I absolutely loved NurseGrid for its feature where it would share my shifts automatically with my Apple calendar. However after the last update it has stopped. Super frustrating.

Time to buy a planner again.
I’ve used this for a while now. I try to log in today and I see that the app is unavailable. I’m tired of not being able to see my schedule for multiple workplaces due to network issues and updates. I find it funny that an add was able to pop up still even though the functionality of the app is not there. I really don’t understand how your personal schedule isn’t available offline. If I have to upload to Apple or Google calendars then I may as well just use those apps natively. Sorry but y’all have lost it.
