Terrible app
The app is absolutely terrible, our company switched to New so and everyone who has a physical phone does fine, but if we’re working from the app (remote employees) it is such a headache because it consistently drops calls messes up your personal calls and logs. There’s no good settings to edit anything or change anything. It is by far the worst one we’ve ever used.

Connecting to NUSO
NUSO is great when going to a physical phone, but this app is horrible. We went to a NUSO powered phone system a month ago, and since then we have all removed the app and switched to call forwards. When receiving a call, if my app rang my phone, it would often be delayed or say “connecting to NUSO” where it never moved. This happened all the time. One time, I received a call that started at 3:44 at 6pm. By that time, the caller had gone home. If the app connected, it seemed fine, but the failure rate was close to 50% and that’s just too much for a business.

Great app
I love this app been using it for a while and as long as you have a good cellular or wireless connection it works great
Does not work
App does not work at all. Will constantly white screen. Go to send sms messages and it the message won’t appear in the message thread so you think it is lost. 3 hours later it populates and you realize you texted your client 7 times, not cool. Calling is spotty at best. GARBAGE

I used to have the VoIPLINK Business app and experienced issues frequently. Got introduced to this and love it so far!
Crashes on launch
App crashes upon launch on latest iOS versions. Apparently this is a long known issue.
