Subscription charge
I enjoy the free version of this app very much. However, every time you open the app, it offers you to subscribe to their premium version. Today I accidentally subscribed to the premium version when I opened the app and was charged to my Apple account. I attempted to reach their customer service, but it was very difficult. I would like a refund for this accidental charge so I can continue enjoying this app.

They make you go through so many questions that start to make you think βwow this app really cares about meβ and then when u finally finished they hit you with a βget your personal plan today for ONLY 10.99 a weekπβ seriously apps like this need to stopβ¦donβt waste your time
Inaccurate
Used to be great, but recent updates have made it too much trouble to accurately log servings. Some foods also have inaccurate micros. Impossible to accurately log water. Scanning barcodes is the only benefit for this app over others.

fraudulent & a scam
upon opening the app, it advertised a free trial period. I signed up for the free trial and it immediately charged me for a full year. After reaching out to Apple they told me that they could not refund me, and I've reached out to the developer multiple times with no response. I even wrote a review and they responded to it asking me to email them and said that they would give me a full refund. I have reached out to them three times since then and I still have not received a response.
