Not working
The app lets me sign up with my email address with no issues. It then tells you the features of the app and you click continue at the bottom of the screen. The next screen tells you the cost and you can sign up for a 7 day trial. However that is as far as it goes. You cannot click on either the cross in the corner or continue. The same thing happens on both my iPhone and iPad. The app was recommended and it sounded perfect for what I needed however I’ll have to try elsewhere. Very disappointed.

The app sounded nice but, Couldn't even sign up
I created a login and then the app asks you to select a plan. There is one plan $60 a year with a seven day free trial. I can't get past this point. I don't see any way to select the plan to continue to move on to try the app.

Internal server error - App not working - paid subscription!
This app is usually wonderful but it has not been working for almost a month now. It just says ‘Error- Request failed: internal server error (500)’ when I try to log food.
When are the app developers going to fix this?

Not as advertised
When you look at the app it tells you the trail is for two weeks. But in reality it’s one week. I cancelled on the seventh day and they still billed me for the year. I want a refund !!!

Why is the text in this app so light or pale? It is very hard to real. Why? Usually when companies want to hide some information they print it in a very pale font. What is your reason? Also, because it is so difficult to read I want to cancel my subscription but I can’t find the links to cancel. Please help me out!

Straightforward user friendly
Very straightforward app. You just have to be good at estimating serving sizes or actually measuring them to get most accurate results.
Excellent in that it tracks macros and vits and minerals.
