App sucks
Will not reconnect. This is a constant issue. I’ve tried removing device and relearning it and this pos app will not reconnect. This is headache. Buy the regular chiller and avoid having to deal with this non working app!
WiFi connection is terrible
The device requires a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi connection and if you don’t have that because you have a good router, you have to buy an extender that can change it to 2.4 GHz. I did this and it worked fine for about two weeks and then stopped working and I have not been able to get it to reconnect so the feature is basically useless at this point.

WiFi connection
I wouldn’t suggest this product if you want to use the WiFi feature. Buy the less expensive chiller so you don’t have to deal with it. Everything in my house has been so easy to connect and this product will not. Also what they want you to do to connect you better be a tech specialist.
chiller OK, app terrible
I have been mostly happy with the chiller itself. It has done a pretty good job of reaching and maintaining the desired temperature. I did have an issue with the hoses and customer service was decent at handling the issue. My biggest complaints are in regards to the app. The app inexplicably logged me out, and when I went to log back in, it didn’t recognize the password, which maybe I am entering the wrong one, so I went to reset my password and every time I would try and reset it it would respond with “error execution“. I would, however, receive an email with a reset code, but there was no place for me to access a place to enter the access code to reset my password. In addition to this, connecting the chiller to my Wi-Fi network has been virtually impossible. For whatever reason, it continues to only identify the network of my washer and dryer, which is in somewhat close proximity, but doesn’t ever actually identify my home network as a connection option. So be mindful of the fact that while the chiller may be largely acceptable, some of the features that really make it viable for long-term habitual use are really challenging and mostly nonproductive.

Terrible company
The support is almost completely done by ai chatbot. It’s not helpful. They are a terrible company. Buyer beware.
