Won’t let me sign in. This app isn’t good news. I keep having to use the website to put information that’s needed.

Horrible app
Can’t use this app for anything. Won’t let me sign in even with correct information. Doesn’t recognize user ID or account number. Can only enter a password that’s less than 8 characters. Please fix the issues with this app! If I could rate at 0 stars I would. Won’t even let me “change” my password through the app. Instead I have to use a browser to make payments! TERRIBLE APP!!!!
