Don’t bother with download
Downloaded and prebooked a taxi 90 mins ahead - 15 mins before booking got a confirmation that taxi assigned and gave me taxi number - 10 mins after booking time called operator and he said they did not pick up because they could not reach me via phone - what’s point of prebooking via app where I have to log in where my profile has email, mobile and I confirm my location then need driver to call and confirm - waste of my download

No good for larger cabs
On a recent trip to Dublin I used the app to book a 6 seater cab for an airport run the following day. My cab turned up promptly but it was only a 4 seater. I checked the app and I had made the correct 6 seater booking request but the dispatcher claimed he could only see a request for a standard cab in his system. No 6 seater cabs available and I had to stand in the rain to flag down a 6 seater. Unless you want standard cab the app is a waste of space.

Don't use they cancel your taxi without warning
Don't use, book at taxi and they will cancel leaving you waiting for a taxi
