Difficult Website and App
I very rarely review an app or website. But this one is horrendous.
It is very difficult to move money around in your accounts. It is very difficult to find historical data.
I tried moving some money into a PCRA and have not been able to complete that on the website or on the app.
And I’d like to think that I’m pretty good with websites and apps for this one I think just puts up barriers.
I think I’m gonna move all my money at it here into Schwab

Difficult Website and App

The DCP is helpful and I love that I can see what is going.on with my investments .
Not Fond of App
This app is kind of difficult to find forms & to find certain things you’re looking to do.
The old app was much better
Right from the beginning it was pain. The facial recognition is slow and doesn’t work half the time . Not because it doesn’t work but it advertises linking all one’s accounts instead of opening to the account , then keeps asking does one want to use facial id after setting up multiple times . Go back to the old version

This new update is a mess
The app keeps logging me out….but then you can briefly see the balances?! Then it logs you out completely. The whole purpose of an app is to login with ease. In the last week this app has logged me out at least 5 times.
Updates needs correction.
Please make this app update iPad friendly so we can view in landscape mode like before.
Imagine
really enjoy using this deferred comp app. It clearly shows my retirement information and helps me understand how my money is working for me. At first, I wasn’t using it correctly and my funds weren’t growing, but after taking the time to learn and make adjustments, I can now see my investments growing. The app made it easy to track my progress, and I feel much more confident and prepared for retirement.

Why all of a sudden I need an email verification the site sucked to begin with half the time can’t log in and now it’s a 2 step process.

Smaller Print
The new Voya interface has smaller print. Considering the site is used primarily by older adults, the redesign is at best inconsiderate, and at worst ageist. The popup to rate the new site came up at the start of my session, covering what we were supposed to rate, essentially asking us to rate it site unseen. That popup hasn’t reappeared. So, I wasn’t able to rate the changes which I will now give one star in the App Store instead. If you’re not getting ratings through the new app, don’t assume that means people are ok with what you did here. We expect you to do better than this.
