Why can’t I unlock and lock the card from the regular mobile banking app? Why do I have to download a separate app to do that? Yea that part! The Face ID doesn’t work the way it’s designed to upon logging in every time. I have to keep manually entering my password.
Unable to add credit card

I have been seeing MCU for years and then I was afforded the opportunity to become a member and the experience has been the worst, you can never get a representative when you need one and then when you do the have the nerve to have an attitude only reason I’m still with them is because my check goes direct deposit and dealing with HR to fix and change banks is a hassle

why don’t you update or fix the app? it doesn’t even open! all i keep getting is, “we are unable to process your request at this time. please try again later.” FIX THE APP!!!

App constantly crashes
The app crashes every other time I try to use it. I have to constantly delete and reinstall. I’ve been so upset because at times my card is locked and I’m unable to complete a transaction because the app has crashed and I am unable to unlock my card!
App needs updates
The app is great when it functions. But if I used more 2 times. When I log back in it’s gets stuck in a loop.
Malfunctioning
I’ve been using this app for a while now, and it’s been up and down. Every time I try to log in, “it says try back later”. Then I would uninstall, then reinstall the app. It’s really annoying to have to go through this. It needs to be fixed ASAP.

This is insane there should not be a separate app to lock and unlock my card. I have had to replace my card multiple times now do to the fact that I am now unable to lock my card after use. YOU NEED TO FIX THIS OR ADD THE LOCK FEATURE TO THE MAIN MCU MOBILE ACCOUNT
Unreliable
Great when it works but will inexplicably read an error message when I try to open it on MOST days, with no maintenance or service outage alerts provided prior.
