Great that in-app payment for RUCs was added. But no Apple Pay is a real problem.

Needs work.

Two problems. The app says you can log in with your driver license. But there is no way to do this. So I tried RealMe. But the 2 factor authentication isn’t working. With all the tech expertise available to it, NZTA should be able to do better.

Realme validator doesn’t work

Hopeless. Logging on redirects to Real Me which is a blank page. No way to log in. Deleting app and downloading new one also doesn’t help.

BUG - endless loop for checking demerit points

When trying to check demerit points the app took me back to Realme link which I already signed in at initial signup. And even after re-link to Realme, I still can’t see demerit points, which is frustrating. Encountering the bug in first 5 mins of usage makes me wonder if this app has been tested.
