Can’t see all options to book a massage

Can only book with an intern on the app, not a level 1-3 certified massage therapist. Looks like the app is a combination of what a customer would use to book, what an intern would use to learn more about their program, and what employees might use for payroll.

Love the business, app did not work

I downloaded the app, updated my profile, accepted all sorts of other options like notifications, and tried to book a massage. Nothing. Tried everything I could think of but nothing worked (on my iPad). Annoying.
