Can’t see all options to book a massage
Can only book with an intern on the app, not a level 1-3 certified massage therapist. Looks like the app is a combination of what a customer would use to book, what an intern would use to learn more about their program, and what employees might use for payroll.

Love the business, app did not work
I downloaded the app, updated my profile, accepted all sorts of other options like notifications, and tried to book a massage. Nothing. Tried everything I could think of but nothing worked (on my iPad). Annoying.
Can never book an appointment from the app
The point of the app is convenience but very much the opposite.

Crashes upon opening. Does anybody who makes this app read the reviews our realize the problem? Must be the same people who made the obamacare website.

It's intuitive & easy to navigate, but I've never been able to get it to work. If it worked, I'd give it 5 stars.

Crashes immediately when trying to open on iPhone 5. Have tried installing twice and rebooting phone between installs with no luck.
