App doesn’t work for offers
I got the app as it was offering a $10 voucher and it wants you to click the link from a text to confirm your account, I tried multiple times and its doesn’t link, waste of time

I joined the membership because it advertised a $10 discount, but the discount only activates after one hour.
This wasn’t made clear, and it feels misleading. Most people sign up expecting to use the discount right away — especially first-time customers.

Completely useless
I was offered a voucher to order through the app. It didn’t work after spending time signing up and heading to an Oakberry shop.
Even in the shop they didn’t know to use the voucher.
