Sold to FanDuel “Partnered”
Sorry “partnered,” but you can’t even place bets on the Oaklawn Sports app anymore… it’s only FanDuel now.
I understand y’all don’t control the rules set by the state or the licensing around sports betting in Arkansas. Still, it’s frustrating to see a local option fade out while everything shifts to a big-name platform like FanDuel.
There were definitely other paths that could’ve been taken without partnering up with a major sports betting corporation. Options that could’ve kept things more local, more accessible statewide, and still generated strong revenue for Oaklawn and state taxes.

ANOTHER DAY, ANOTHER SOFTWARE MALFUNCTION
Good lord guys, it’s literally 2026 and we still can’t get a simple app to consistently work? App currently has a glitch that won’t allow you to make a single bet and give you the notification saying “your bet can’t be combined with other bets” when it’s the only bet I have lol unbelievable stuff. And this happens constantly, it’s always something with this horrendous app. It’ll only get worse now that they’ve sold out to Fan Duel. LOL

Don’t offer all games
Oaklawn doesn’t offer near the games other books do , their live betting they pick and choose unlike other books. They also shutdown the cash outs whenever it suits them. Better books out there.
So the app states it hasn’t been updated in a year yet they go and remove certain withdraw methods
This company really had the audacity to silent remove the withdraw to bank method resulted in hundreds of wasted dollars. I’m currently seeking legal action for the fraudulent/shady business tactics, the fact that they would even attempt to do this without first informing the consumer is beyond comprehension. THIS APP AND COMPANY WILL HAVE HELL TO PAY WHEN I’M DONE WITH THEM. DO NOT DOWNLOAD, SARACEN IS SO MUCH BETTER.

Really never got to try this dumb thing because it first would not let me fund, and second can’t log in. Worthless
Terrible App Experience
This is a review of the app, not the betting service. It’s absolutely terrible from the log in system, to navigation. It’s no where close to being on par with industry standards for betting apps. We have a lot of restrictions here, so we don’t get options unfortunately.

This is the worst app ever for me!!
It’s soo frustrating trying to place a bet on here. The app little refreshes itself every 10 seconds or logs me out and have to log in every time and no help at all. If they don’t fix this issue, I won’t be using it again!!!!

I never write reviews but I had to, the customer service is basically non existent. If you forget your password or have any issues your just screwed they will not answer and you’ll be out of your money so deposit at your own risk

Don’t do it. I made a small wager on Glasnow K’s and a Dodgers win that showed in my account right before game time. I checked in on it once Tyler hit his K’s and the thing was gone. All the bets I made after were still there, and the bet amount was refunded to my account.
I reached out to customer service for an answer, but instead got a lot of patronizing responses from Rodney making it seem like I don’t know how to use the app or track my bets. I’ve been on Oaklawn for over two years, I know how this works. If you’re brave enough to do business with them take screen shots of all your bets, no matter how small. I wish I had. They just lost my business over roughly $15. Saracen here I come.

La aplicación no me permitía hacer una apuesta por fondos insuficientes, pero al final del juego mi apuesta estaba recibida, esto ocurrió una vez el resultado estaba definido, por lo que no me permitió ni confirmar mi apuesta ni sacarla, estoy seguro que si ganaba la apuesta no habría recibido el premio, esto ha sido un robo disfrazado de problema técnico donde la aplicación se asegura de salir ganando en todos los posibles resultados

This app is easy to navigate and the odds are great
Location glitch
Love the app, but last month or so, it glitches when opening the app. It’ll force a location verification screen prior to the app loading and once it verifies you are in state. The login sends an error code. Forcing app deletion, phone restarts and contacting CS for help. Only to do the same steps again and maybe change your password also. Needs fixed asap.

Log you out when winning
Several times now they log me out, without the ability to log back in, when I have a parlay in the winning column and am able to cash out. That take the cash out option away by logging you out. Several times this has happened

Arkansas native
I really enjoy the flexibility and cash outs during live games if things are in your favor or going south. I use it almost everyday which is more of a bad thing than good lol.
