I was a bit apprehensive to purchase this product due to the price. However, as someone who relies heavily on my personal atmosphere for the maintaining of my mental health, this has helped me enormously. I’d recommend this product to anyone and everyone, because light truly holds the power to help mentally shape us.

Best lighting system
The customer service is amazing! I had an issue with my order they fixed it right away and the lights are a great addition to the home and the app is very user friendly! Everything is better than expected!
App not communicating with lights
I open the app to turn the lights on and when I tap on the power button, it doesn’t communicate with the lights to power them on. It has been an ongoing issue, even after an update of the app has been completed.

Love these lights. The are high quality, WiFi feature is excellent. Will buy more for other rooms.

Elegant, simple and done well. App works great and simple to set times and schedules. This is a prime example how quality items done simply and well are always the better choice. Good but needs fixing
I’ve had the lights for a few months and it’s easy to set them up, easy to transfer them between rooms, etc. The problem is that the app will stop working about 3x/month. I want to buy more lights but this stops me because if I’m not home and I want control them while away, I need it to work. To fix it, you have to delete and reinstall the app. I’ve worked with their help desk and looked at online forums and that’s the only fix that works. It’s not a huge deal but enough to make me hesitant to buy more since they’re expensive.

A great choice
I am truly pleased with my purchase of the Ambient lights (8). The redesigned plugs and thinner power cable are very smart and a big plus compared to the original design which is what I expected. Control is simple with the App.

Home elevated
I didn’t know I could have a really cool and cozy home before Oasis. Now I fell in love every time I come back home and the lights are out. Really recommend it. Just having issues connecting to Alexa :/ - I was actually able to solve it and it’s now connected to Alexa! 🥰
Logs you out very often
Nice app- great functionality and like the customizable automations function- but the app logs me out every time I close it. Super annoying and there’s no security reason for this; it’s just a home lighting app. Team needs to push an update to stop logging users out.
