Unable to Edit subscription Box DOWN only MORE!
I have no problem with the actual product. The app is nice but it does NOT allow you to edit back down to a lower amt in your subscription, so if you move up, it cant be edited unless you cancel your subscription. There is no way to contact anyone about this in the app either, for those reason I am giving it one star, the oats are really good.

Every time I open the app I see “Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again later.”
Unusable app
I have tried several times to fill out a subscription and every time I go to check out, my cart empties and my app basically resets. So disappointed, was actually excited to start eating breakfast in the morning.
App doesn’t work
App does not allow you to order. Reached out for help and they just told me to go to the website anyway. Don’t waste your time.

I am so happy to see how far OO is coming along, and now that they added their own app, they have made me proud!! I love how easy it is to edit, change or even add a/your already going subscription! The app just made my oats experience each day even better now! Also so many amazing flavors! 😊

Great but want a new feature.
Great app, same as website. Would like a feature that allows you to recommend changes and flavor ideas. Even if it was limited to like 2 per month to make it reasonable for the developers.
