Not always accurate and sometimes cheaper in apps
This used to be a great app to get lower rates and compare. However the uber rates are never up to date and Lyft are higher than on the app. Also empower is no longer included

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this app has truly been incredibly beneficial for me! The app compares ride options from both Uber and Lyft and quickly shows the lowest available fare, making it easy to choose the best option. This app has helped me quickly identify the lowest ride services, saving money on countless trips.

It quoted me one price told me to connect to uber which I did and the price was completely different. I thought it was a ride share in reality it was a waste of time. Don’t bother downloading

Works great
One of the few apps that works exactly how it claims it will work. Locates and connects me to the cheapest and fastest rides available within seconds. I have used it multiple times and have not had any issues.
Lyft not supported for me

Uber linking requires additional verification. Tried 10 different times and logging out and back in doesn’t fix
Can’t delete account
I downloaded this app in hopes of not having to pay $50 in rideshare fees because it seemed like a good idea. I decided I didn’t want to keep the app because I don’t use ride shares very often. However, I have been unable to delete my account over the last week and a half. I’ve tried probably a dozen times to delete my account and all I get is a spinning wheel of death. It feels intentional that it refuses to delete my account and I am disturbed by it.

Unable to Sync
Uber will no longer sync to Obi
Pricing not accurate
I continuously get the incorrect price when using Obi and comparing Uber prices. The OB price always shows less than when I connect to Uber and actually try to book the ride. Several times I’ve contacted Customer Service from Obi to try to find out a fix, but still have no success as they have not been able to resolve my issue, which makes using Obi very frustrating.

OBI prices did not match Uber and Lyft app prices
I have used the app three times. The first two times everything went well. The last time I used it, the price that OBI was showing me for Lyft and Uber did not match the prices for the same ride that I saw on the Lyft and Uber apps.
So if this happens, I will always need to check the Uber and Lyft apps separately anyway, so what's the point of using OBI.

Now forces you to link accounts.
I used to use this app pretty frequently, it wasn't totally accurate but it gave you an idea. I hadn't gone anywhere where I'd need Uber or Lyft for a while but I've got an upcoming trip, and I foolishly upgraded it when it prompted me when I opened the app. Well, now you've got to sign in with either a Google or an Apple account to use it. It didn't make you sign in at all previously, and now it not only forces you to sign in it doesn't give you the option to use an email address, it forces you to use one of those two accounts. I don't use Apple to sign into anything, and I'm no longer using Google to sign into anything either because I'm tired of their relentless tracking and data selling. So I guess I'll be deleting this app. Bummer.

Great app that collates the cab hire apps you use then finds the best price for you. Probably saved me £££ in the couple of years I’ve been using it.

i used it and as soon as signed in with uber my uber account was linked somewhere across the globe. had to sign out an deactivate my uber account. don’t link any of your accounts to this app.
