Bug fixes and performance improvements

User reviews

Slow and Buggy

Extremely slow and buggy. Always crashing or stalling especially in new ios. Would be great if it worked. Deleted and reinstalled and password no longer works; hit reset password link at least 20 times and no email came so I am completely locked out. This app has wasted countless hours of my life and should not be used for professional studies until it is debugged and server issues/speed is completely resolved.

Access issue

The entry to the app provides the option to stay signed in, however apparently it only works to keep you logged in for 10min as anytime longer than that I have to re login which seems to defeat the purpose of asking me if I want to stay logged in.

Inflexible Website

I was accepted into the study after completing about 2 hours worth of documentation on my health, medical history, medications, training and profile. Signed up using my home phone number. Study personnel contacted me via email and said I must use my cell phone. No problem. I was I formed that my phone number could not be changed so I would have to start from scratch with a new email.

I do not have another email. Doesn’t seem very proficient if my phone number couldn’t be changed and I must start over doing everything that too me over 2 hours to complete.

Scam, Poorly managed? Definitely a time waster!

Finally got this buggy app installed (you can not set the password up on a phone but have to use laptop) and read and signed all of the documents and then ZERO instructions received. I tried to use the message feature to ask what’s going on and it’s been several days with no response. Possibly not a scam in the full sense but whoever these people are they could care less about wasting hours of people’s precious time.

Responsive study team!

The study team was very responsive and helpful, and I found the app very easy to use….. I hope more studies become available that I can enroll in as the ease and convenience of participating without having to go to the physician’s office is very helpful in my busy life!!
