Could be better
Doesn’t allow scanning of items to check eligibility when I was able too it has a limit and blocked it off the account, how do I know what I can and cannot purchase with the card if I cannot check? When I call to ask customer service they are unaware of what items are eligible to be purchased and say to just chance it, no one wants to bring multiple items to checkout to be denied , which has happened. No one needs infinite amounts of Tylenol which is the only thing ever accepted, they should allow other needed health products besides cold flu medicines to be purchased.
Open and close accounts without your knowledge or even letting you know beforehand so thousands of dollars earned will go to waste, used to allow to put gas in car no longer allow it only trains and buses , not everyone uses just public transportation .
Should be able to use in more stores, have been denied in multiple pharmacies , only CVS has accepted it so far.

Terrible program
My payment is blocked for no reason when I pay what you say I owe but don’t the application says I still owe it. Next year I will refuse is service and encourage everyone who I know to refuse it too

Cant access face id…logs out immediately & have to sign in again & again
Excellent Tool
I recently had to submit a number of for reimbursement, and I was so impressed with how easy it was to do via the app. Especially being able to take photos of receipts as I went along. The app is very informative and very easy to use.
Frustrating
Its nice to have benefits like these right? Well it would be if it worked. The app and website are incredibly glitched and buggy. When I try and contact support to fix things they are of no help. Fix your glitchy system and properly train your employees.
Doesn’t work
New to OCA and annoyed and disappointed out of the gate using their app. Glitchy and doesn’t work. I use many apps for various purposes to make my life easier. This one just wasted 30 minutes of my life.
Was ok until it stopped working
It was an ok app. The app was somewhat cumbersome to navigate, when it worked. Now you can’t even log into. There is an error for a week now. Contacted OCA and they said there is an issue and working on it. No idea when it will be fixed. Seems like there’s no urgency.
Poor recover for lost login or password
While I was able to get my login code the app, unlike all the ones I’ve dealt with, does not give you options
To reset password by giving personal information. It asked me questions I’ve never seen before and no option to proceed forward

I love how easy it is to access to your claims and is able to see the amount you have used during the year. Thank you

Log on with Face ID, click applicable box, snap a photo of the receipt and upload. Done. Super easy and intuitive...five stars!
Great app but less than great company
The app works well and is easy to use. Unfortunately the company behind the app is very slow to pay. In this case the tech interface surpasses the human one.
Incredibly easy to use!!
This is by far the most comprehensive solution to having an FSA account that and keeping track of your expenses . Before this app I spent hours on the phone with customer service now I just go to this app and everything is at my finger tips! What an improvement!
Still Buggy
App will not work on newer iPhone models without Touch ID. Can’t get passed the sign in screen without the app crashing and closing.
Easy to navigate
Easy to submit claims. First time user. Submitted 4 months in one claim. Just hope payment was as quick and easy as the submission
