經常更新，更新後又出現很多問題
經常更新，每一次操作都經常需要Face ID。但係有陣時例如我查看現金流，不停向下拉之後，向上拉又唔可以睇返之前嘅現金流，然之後就會click死咗喺某一年嘅某幾個月份。剛剛想查看我的電子賬單，又話資料未能提供。實在係有太多的bug

Not happy at all
The app its not functioning at all.
1. constantly crushing
2. Constantly reloading and leave you with half of payment pending.
3. The menu button on iPhone it’s hard to press in the left corner and always have to press so many time with a finger tip
4. Slow to reload.
5. The facial scan sometimes work sometimes not, and once log you out, request you to insert all the 3 parameter again.
6. I been log out of the bank account for 2 days because while I was making a payment they request me to update the two security factor, and log me out of the system until the customer service help me to regain back control.
We use this app for business and we are not in front of the computer all the times so please help us to make this transaction better and not more paint-full.

細節有待改善
我目前還在進行完成申請的動作，但已遇到幾個問題：
1. 一進入完成申請的畫面，資料都填好了，但到了下面讀了那兩個聲明後上面的資料就變空白了，又要再填一次。
2. 那行要我輸入上方顯示文字的地方，根本看不明白，想要換一個但竟然沒有刷新的按鈕。正常來說這類操作都會有個按鈕讓人看不清就再出一個的。
3. 好不容易填完資料進去，到了填驗證碼的時候，竟然是把驗證碼發給另一個股東，在填資料時她明明是第二個股東。為什麼不可以由我選擇把驗證碼發給哪個人？或者你預設發給資料裏第一個人也比較合理吧？
4. 好不容易找到另外一個股東把驗證碼發給我，到了下一步要把身分證又浪費了很多時間，拍到第四次才取得裏面的資料。
5. 到最後以為完成了，誰知道系統竟然把我和另外一個股東的資料混合了在一個人身上！我的名字、身分證，配上了另一個股東的地址和其他資料！以為按了提出更改後可以立即把資料修正一下便完事了，但竟然要變成等待職員聯絡我！須要這麼麻煩嗎？
希望貴行可以自行試試這個完成申請的步驟，加以改善。

Worst App and Website interface EVER
If you want smooth mobile and internet banking DO NOT CHOOSE THIS! OCBC what are you doing? Your website is 20 years behind everything we have access to now. And your app is painful to use. Cannot easily view transactions, cannot easily make transfers. The app and website constantly refresh so you cannot view information properly. Please fix this, so that we can use your services properly. Internet banking is supposed to bring convenience, this app and website does nothing but make me more stressed and inconvenienced.

Terrible APP and poor customer service!
Never had such extremely bad experience in my life! No third party transaction can be made via the APP and PC. The customer service was not helpful at all!
A genuine rubbish bank app doesn't support iPhone 15
This app only has half the function of web pc version. Cannot make a third party transaction, tons of bugs and screen shut. Feel frustrated when banking with OCBC
