真實使用感受，這個apps不可能有4星，即使網速快都載入極慢，有任何更改只能實地去門市，極度麻煩。如果可以選擇，請不要使用這個銀行，我猜大部分的使用者都不是用apps，所以性能極差也不更新，盡快離開。
I have trying more 300time to certification my hkid
But it is not work,is can’t be certification success😂and nobody can helper my situation,now I just only can save the money inside but is can’t be transfer to anyone included myself,even I really follow the video for take photo for the hkid,but is still not working!now I’m really no idea what can we do
